On May 8, 2025, Phoenix Electric Vehicle Testing Department completed the equipment relocation and officially settled in the Lishui base. From Baijia Lake in Jiangning to Sanshan Lake in Lishui, the spatial leap and time precipitation in the past ten years (2015-2025) is not only a physical location migration, but also a milestone advancement of Phoenix Electric Vehicle Business on the road of deep technology cultivation, marking that its layout in the field of new energy vehicle testing has entered a new stage.
Comprehensive upgrade of the laboratory to consolidate the technical foundation
The relocation has achieved a comprehensive upgrade of the laboratory's hardware facilities. The new base covers an area of 600 square meters, with scientific and clear functional divisions. Offices, assembly rooms, mechanical laboratories, electrical laboratories, temperature rise laboratories, environmental test rooms, etc. are arranged in sequence, which not only ensures sufficient depth of the operating space, but also improves the connection efficiency of the test links through process optimization, providing a solid foundation for high-precision, multi-dimensional testing work.
Two authoritative collaborations empower the industry ecosystem
PART 1:
Joint Innovation Laboratory Established
On June 25, Phoenix Electric Vehicle Experimental Center ushered in an important development node. On the same day, the "New Energy Joint Innovation Laboratory" jointly established with the domestic authoritative institution China Automotive Research Institute New Energy Vehicle Inspection Center (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Automotive Research Institute") was officially established. The two parties will establish a regular communication mechanism to carry out in-depth cooperation around industry standard formulation, test method innovation and on-site working condition research, aiming to deepen the understanding of product application scenarios and jointly promote the healthy development of the industry.

International Testing Qualification Authorization
On the same day, the internationally recognized TÜV Rheinland gave Phoenix Electric Vehicle Laboratory a deep recognition and officially granted it the qualification of an authorized laboratory. The two parties reached a consensus on issues such as cross-regional standard testing methods, market access regulations, overseas product promotion paths and complete solutions, and built a compliant and standardized technical support system for Phoenix Electric Vehicle related products to expand overseas markets.
At the unveiling ceremony, Phoenix Contact, CATARC and TÜV Rheinland reached a consensus: to deepen the collaboration between industry, academia and research with technology sharing and standard co-construction as the link, and help the electric vehicle industry move towards a new stage of high-quality and high-safety development.
